ProA Progressive Web App (PWA) is a website that behaves like a native app. It works on any device, can be installed on your home screen, loads instantly, and can even work offline. The advantage: there's no App Store, no downloads, and no app approval process. Your users just visit a link.
We use Cloudflare Access — the same zero-trust security platform used by major corporations — to protect your app's URL. Users log in with their email and a one-time code (no password to remember or lose). You control who has access.
Minor changes (text, colors, labels) during your included support window are covered. For new features or significant changes, we'll scope and quote the work separately. Hosting subscribers get discounted rates on updates.
If you want to own the app outright — host it yourself, have a developer continue it, or just keep the code — you can buy out your app at any time. You'll receive the full source code and we'll help you migrate it wherever you want.
Your app goes offline, but your data and code are preserved. You can resume hosting anytime, or buy out the app to self-host. We'll never delete your work without 30 days notice.
No — by default your app lives on a secure subdomain we provide (e.g., yourname.appsforhire.com). If you have your own domain and want to use it, we can set that up as part of your build for no extra charge.
Build fees are collected upfront via Stripe before development begins. Monthly hosting is billed automatically via Stripe subscription. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
